If you have any concrete needs, I would definitely recommend Great Western. I received a couple of bids that were all very comparable, however Bart's attention to detail and recommendations when he came to measure were what sold me. When the original install date needed to be pushed back, Bart ensured he communicated with us regularly to keep us updated. When his crew showed up, they were very professional and so much quicker than I ever expected. We replaced our porch, driveway and installed an RV pad. They tore everything out and prepped the area in one day and poured the next! Two days and it was done! We are extremely pleased with the final result and quality of our new concrete. It looks so pretty I almost don't want to let anyone drive on it once it's cured completely. :) We will definitely use them for our next project coming up! Cannot recommend them enough! ~ Delynn F

Bart and his crew did an outstanding job pouring concrete for our backyard patio and RV pad. We are extremely pleased with the end result. Bart runs an honest business and has a hardworking crew that does the job right. They put down the required two inches of gravel, packed the gravel, had levels and measuring tapes to make sure it would be graded correctly, installed rebar in both the patio and RV pad, and used high-quality concrete. So not only does it look pretty, but it's also going to last. His pricing is very fair for the quality of work. If you are looking at reviews to find the best, Bart is your guy! After a terrible experience with another contractor, I can’t say enough good things about Bart. He is experienced, knowledgeable, and takes pride in a job well done. Could not have asked for a better experience with Bart and his crew. Bart came out and measured and offered us his thoughts on design and expertise when we shared what we wanted. He didn’t charge extra for that, but we really appreciated good input! After receiving a very competitive quote (way better than we were getting from landscaping companies) we went with Bart. They showed up when they told us they would, which doesn’t always happen when you work with contractors. When the pours got delayed because of weather, Bart was very communicative with us about when they could reschedule. Throughout the process, we felt like a priority to him and his team. We enjoyed chatting with them as well when they were at the house. Our 8 year old probably bothered Bart’s crew too much, but they were kind and chatty with him too, which he loved 😂. We have nothing but great things to say about the work that Bart and his crew did for us! They replaced most of our driveway, about half of the concrete inside of our garage and the front approach and step because whomever had installed it originally did a pretty poor job and the water was draining back towards the house in the garage, etc. Bart explained what he was going to do differently to ensure we wouldn’t have those issues again, was excellent with a last minute basketball hoop installation, and his crew did all of that demolition removal and installation in two days flat. We have used Great Western Concrete 3 times now. Once in 2020 and again in 2023 and also in 2024. They did a great job on all 3 projects, and the workmanship was top notch. Bart and his sons and all of his crew are hard workers. He took the plans that my wife and I envisioned and turned them into reality. We highly recommended that you have your concrete work done by them. As they say, "You Dream It, We'll Pour It." Our experience with Great Western was amazing. We had our driveway extended and the entire west side of our house cemented along with it. Bart came to give us a quote and had a great vision for us. I wasn't quite sure what was doable or what would look best and he came up with a great design with curbing around our AC units and leveling it out. He didn't ask for a deposit which is so rare to me, but such a peace of mind because if they don't show up they don't show up.The only critique I have is we got our quote, decided to move forward and got a confirmation it would be done end of March or so. Weather bumped his others jobs later and so I think just getting an occasional update would have been nice. But as long as I emailed and asked what the new start day was I got a fast response. I appreciated that they took weather into consideration. The took such good care of our space, put up plastic sheeting to protect our fence from getting cement splatter all over it. Bart was also very mindful of water run off etc. Would 100% recommend! ~ Kayla C

When I wanted a artistic high end patio Mr. Bart was recommended to me by another cement guy. I was told that Bart was a master. No kidding! We were joking around about buying expensive things without spousal permission. Bart told me about some expensive concrete stamps he had really wanted and purchased. Haha! We were really pleased with our concrete addition to our driveway. Bart's team were kind and respectful. They communicated what they were doing and informed us on the process so we knew what to expect. They used quality cement from Geneva Rock which should last for many years. Absolutely the best company for concrete work. I have had them do several projects for us including an RV pad, basketball court, enlarging the back patio, stairs in the front and an additional front patio. We also had to have a couple retaining walls done. All were done with exactness and with the best outcome in mind even if we had to wait for weather. We wouldn’t use anyone else. ~ Keena W
